Guild Rules
We expect all our members to be social at least on some level and ask you treat other members of the guild with respect. We encourage all new members to get involved in guild activities whether it be fun runs of old content, dungeons or even raid finder so that we can get to know you and you can get to know us. It's worth noting that our members could be considered quite... 'direct'. We joke around a lot so people with personality problems, that take things too seriously or can't have a laugh need not apply.
Respect - Do not disrespect or incite arguments with fellow guildmates. Critical strives to be a drama free guild. We do not tolerate harassment of any kind by any member. Respect your guildmates by being online and ready before raid begins.
Representation - We expect you to behave in an appropriate manner that others won't consider to be offensive or insulting. Remember, you carry our guild name above your head! This means no spam, no flaming, no slagging off other players or guilds and no ninja looting.
Punctuality - Raiders will be considered late to the raid if they are not on their raid character ready for invites exactly 15 minute before the start of the raid with all required consumables prepared. Provide 24 hours notice to one of the officers if you are going to be absent for a raid. In case of emergency, please do your best to inform a guildmate when possible.
Leave all drama at the door and do not bring any personal grudges or grievances into raid times.
In exchange for providing many items from the guild bank all we ask in return is that you please help restock. This scheme is saving our members a small fortune by avoiding the Auction House as much as possible. Raiders are entitled to take only what they need for raiding and other guild events. Stealing or taking items to sell on the AH is strictly forbidden.
